
In 2001, Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) entered the Turkish market with Isbank to introduce Aria, the third GSM operator in Turkey. After a 4-month pitch, having presented 6 full campaigns and tens of new service concepts, our team at Saatchi & Saatchi added TIM to its client list.
I actively worked on this account beginning from the pitch, for the launch and also for the follow-up campaigns as a conceptual designer and copywriter. As part of the creative team, I came up with new service and product ideas for Aria as well as advertising concepts.
This has been a unique experience primarily because I had the privilege to contribute extensively to the 'pregnancy' period, birth, first steps, and maturity of one big, international brand and its services, for almost two years.
